- Confirmation: A service booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Everkleen Solutions, which may include a quotation or an agreed-upon service schedule.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your service agreement.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Quoted Prices: All prices for our services will be quoted on a case-by-case basis after an assessment of the client's needs. The quoted price will be valid for a specified period.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Typically, payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. For larger projects, a deposit may be required.

4. Client Responsibilities
- Access: Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the service areas for our cleaning teams at the scheduled time. Any obstructions or unsafe conditions must be communicated in advance.
- Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the scope of work, any specific instructions, or potential hazards within the service area.
- Valuables: While our team is trained to handle property with care, it is the client's responsibility to secure or remove any highly valuable, fragile, or sentimental items prior to service commencement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Everkleen Solutions strives to provide excellent service. However, we shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear to properties or items.
- Damage caused by client's failure to provide accurate information or secure valuables.
- Indirect or consequential losses.
In the event of any proven damage directly caused by our negligence, our liability will be limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or the value of the affected item, whichever is lower, up to a maximum amount specified in a separate service agreement or applicable law.
